Constitutional Court – Facade Renovation

In 2019, the Constitutional Court decided on the complete facade overhaul of its Budapest building. We have been doing technical coordination for the contractor selected in a public procurement process based on the architectural plans since the autumn of 2019. The main challenge was to ensure the seamless operation of the Constitutional Court during the renovations, which could be achieved by the execution of the construction works on the six-storey building in 9 phases. Another crucial circumstance of the organisational planning was the presence of the Intervention Police securing the construction works in addition to the surveillance of the Constitutional Court.
